    Clinical Supervision

Map Your Care offers both individual and group supervision for those seeking their clinical social work licensure (LCSW). Drawing on significant experience in healthcare settings and working with older adults, we utilize a systems theory approach to explore the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of grief and illness.  We seek to create a culture of inclusion in our practice and to make conversations about illness, dying and grief accessible and welcoming for all.

We draw on a variety of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation through a trauma-informed lens. To support your growth and longevity in the field, we also focus on your professional use of self and developing long-term self care skills. To read more about our clinical supervisors, click here.

Our clinical and group supervision practice is currently limited to those who work in health care and/or with older adults in a variety of settings including but not limited to hospice, grief work, hospital case management, oncology, and nursing/rehab facilities. If you’re looking for quality supervision that may be lacking at your agency or organization, We’d love to hear from you!

    Rates

    Individual Supervision – $90 / 60 minutes

    Group Supervision – $60 / 90 minutes (currently offered 2x per month)
